Shop Policies - Returns & Refunds

National Shipping:

We aim to have processed, packaged & shipped your order within 24 hours of order completion.
Irish orders are normally sent with An Post and although delivery time can vary, Irish orders should arrive within 24-72 hours of posting.

International Shipping:

International orders are shipped using An Post International and take approximately 7 working days to reach their destination, although this can vary from country to country. International orders are always sent with tracked shipping to avoid complications.
Please get in contact if you'd like us to use a specific courier/shipment service for your order.

The buyer is responsible for any customs, tax and duties incurred due to international shipping.

Returns:

We accept returns up to 14 days after receipt of goods. Product returns are only accepted if products have flaws or damages that were not previously described or pictured within the original sales listing. Due to the nature of the goods, we do not accept returns if the item(s) do not fit or are not to your taste etc.
We provide exact measurements for almost every item so please refer to these before making a purchse.

The item(s) must be returned in the original state received, with original packaging, tags, stickers, dustbag etc. (if applicable).

Please contact us before returning any items for our returns address.

We strongly advise returns to be sent with some form of tracked service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

Cost of outward postage to the customer will be deducted from the refund payment in most cases & we are not liable for any costs incurred to you for returning the item.

Packaging:

All of our packaging, bags, tags etc. are 100% biodegradable and eco-friendly.

Pre-Loved:

All of our second hand and vintage garments have been carefully handpicked and curated by members of the Peeco team. We aim to provide the best quality vintage clothing and accessories to our customers.

Please be aware that all vintage items will usually show a few signs of wear or slight fading due to age, but anything visible such as stains, rips or holes will be noted in the item description. Vintage sizes do vary, but we try our best to accurately describe the size & fit of an item by today's standards, not just what the garments tag size is. If you have any sizing concerns then please feel free to get in touch via email to ask about measurements, we will be happy to help.

While we consider ourselves extraordinary in identifying replicas/ bootlegs, we are still learning and sometimes an item slips through or we cannot completely confirm if an item is legit . If this is the case we will mention in the description that we are unable to guarantee authenticity.
